available, we will need a $200 refundable security
deposit to hold your reservation.
Sixty days from your arrival date, the entire payment, including tax is due. Three night minimum stay, with no maximum. 100% refunds will be allowed if cancelled 46 days or more before arrival. 75% refund upon cancellation 16-45 days before arrival. 50% refund upon cancellation 8-15 days before arrival. 25% refund upon cancellation 7 or less days before arrival. Damage deposit will be refunded within 21 days of check out, based on review from housekeeping service. Any damages, exceptional cleaning service or thefts will be deducted from the deposit. We accept VISA and Master Card. Local telephone are free and can be made to any numbers on the island of Kaua’i. There is no charge for toll free numbers. Long distance services are blocked. No minimum stay. However, stays of less than 7 days will be charged an out-clean fee of $65.00. |
